Ok, first of all, this morning I witnessed Jak shedding for the first time. I know that he's done it before, but this is the first time I saw him do it, made me late for class, oh well, the professor was later =) Anways, my questions/concerns
Jak has been spending a large amount of time in his humid hide lately, but since he just shed, I guess that may be the reason (he's actually out at night with me in the room for the first time). however, He hasn't seemed very interested in eating. I feed the same time everyday, and usually, he hears/sees me and comes out or atleast looks out waiting for me to finish putting his mealies in. Lately he'll just turn his head, and not really acknowledge my pressence. Won't even come out to the bowl, but if I put a mealie infront of the hide, he'll come out, snatch it up, and return to th hide. If it's far enough away that he has to leave the hide, he won't bother. Is my gecko lazy? Also, a couple days before he seemed to lose his appitite, his feces appeared smaller than normal. Might Jak be sick, or is he jsut not hungry lately?
