Dexpanther Nov 17, 2003 10:32 PM

Hey all since im looking to by a new panther chameleon. Im am doing extensive research on prices and such... Im really interested in either a Sambava or a Ambilobe. I have been trying to reach Ivan (from Mythical Chameleons) but i have yet to reach them (atleast i think)... They are still doing bussiness right? lol! I am wondering if their email is not working again? either that or they are really busy. Well anyways who here has baught from them? comments/sugestions welcomed.

I e-mailed them a LONG time ago when I was thinking of getting a Panther. I never heard from them, but I decided not to anyway...so I never tried again. If there is a number listed, I'd try calling that.

Good luck! I'm sure one from them would be worth it. Those animals look amazing!

I talked to him 2 weeks ago or so and from what he said, it will be a while before he'll have any Ambilobes available, like maybe Spring. Maybe just for me I dunno LOL. He's on this forum pretty often.

See i can wait along time. I just want the qualitie of the creature its self. As far as i have herd Mythical Chameleons has qualitie chameleons rather then quantitie which i totally aprove of. I just wish i could get ahold of them. By the way, IS there a wait list?

compasscreek Nov 17, 2003 11:11 PM

there is no waiting list. it's first come...i had sent him a few emails a few weeks ago and he got right back to me. i'll be waiting till spring or early summer to hopefully get one fornm him. he sure has some beauties huh!?

I talked to Ivan almost on a daily basis recently. I don't know about sambavas, but he definately does not have any Ambilobes to sell at the moment. The ones he has now he is holding back. Anyway, he won't ship in the winter anyway, so you will have to wait for next year. So i guess it would be the same for the Sambavas, as will any other panther. And oh, he does not have a waiting list.

Hi everyone:

Both our email addresses work and we try our best to answer every single email we receive. We did have a problem with the website email address for the longest time and we didn't even know about it. We were without the website email since March until recently. The problem has been fixed but unfortunately we lost a LOT of emails and, of course, potential customers. Divy and I check the email at least 3 times a day if not more.

Another thing is that many emails come with no subject or with run of the mill headings like "Question" or "Hi". The problem with this is that the emails will get deleted immediately as we do not open any message that comes from an unknown address and doesn't have a heading that tells us it is not junk mail. Headings like "Chameleons", "Panther questions", etc. are a good example of headings that will promt a quick read and a quick response.

So Dex, if you wrote us and never got an answer I apologize for this as your email could have very well been overlooked by us. In any case, most everyone else that posted before me have contacted us recently and unfortunately we don't have anything we are ready to sell. We don't do waiting lists but we try to contact everyone individually when something requested by that person becomes available. Tyler, Brendan and others from this forum would be at the top of the list, if there was any, for Ambilobes so we will be contacting them as soon as anything is available. We try to do the same for every locale we work with but in reality it is more of a first come first serve scenario.

Best regards,
Ivan

Hey Ivan!
Im so glad that you responded to this topic! I just sent an email to you. Its titled Panther Chameleons. By Spree2008. Just to let you know. Thanks to all that answered my questions.

I talk to ivan a couple times a day (mostly through e-mail) so if your not able to reach him you might want to check the e-mail address again. He is very good at returning e-mails if he receives them.
