Cooling your herps

Im trying to figure out a good way to cool down my herps. Ive heard the garage ideas, and the cool attic or basement.. problem is Im in an apartment.. not many cool areas here.. and I also dont have a room I can stick an ac unit in to keep it nice and chilly. Best thing I can think of is maybe a frig.. Is this my only option?? Any ideas are appreciated..

A wine cooler work well.
