the kingsnake photo gallery is a good place to place pictures for free. It also has the benefit of allowing easy posting of pictures by listing all pictures you uploaded in a drop down list below the message screen.

i tryed but the most it allows is 250k and thats not big enough for one of my pics??
is there some way to make the pic smaller and not lose quality?

Simply no need for a picture bigger than that, unless you're making posters or something. I always resize to 800x600 and on "most" monitors, its plenty big enough, sometimes too big.
Any graphics program can resize a picture and Windows even comes with a program called Paint. Always save in JPEG format.
