Anybody have any input on what is going on. She has always been very healthy and has been breeding. Should I be concerned?

I have had problems briefly with this too and noticed that I was defrosting large ammounts of rats or guinea pigs at once and eventhought the outside of the food felt warm the inside may have been still to cold. This may have lead to the inability to to digest and the regurgation.
There is also medical conditions that could be occuring that could lead to the snakes death. I am not certain of the scientific name of the condition but have had a friend that lost an animal that he had in his collection for some time. The Animal started regurging and would not go back on feed
Do not forget that after your snake has regurged do not feed the snamal until it has had time to regain its strenght from the injury. When you do start feed typically I wait at least two weeks from the regurg do not feed the animal the same size meal that it was eating prior to the regurg and slowly work the way back up to the prexisting meal size. I know it hard to take it slow with breeding season here or aproaching.
Take my advice for what its worth, it is just that advice and what i have done in the past
