1. i am sick of havinh a waterbowl in the cage. is it neccesary
can i just soak her instead how often
2. is it ok to feed her mealworms shes 14 or 15 inches. she would be a little bigger but she missing some of her tail from when i got her

Water bowl is not mandatory. You can mist her or soak her.

Too many mealworms are believed to cause impaction. I would suggest freshly shed mealworms if you must use them.. Then again she is a good size and a few mealworms here and there shouldn't bother her too much.
