cooling temps?

what temps should i use when cooling my leos before breeding? i read 72-76 day & 65 night. are these ok temps to use. also would it work to cool at 72-76 day & night?......thanks for your help.......duane

I cool mine down to about 65 at night and 70 during the day for about 2 months. I've done this for 2 years with good results.
