Which of these tank dimensions would be best for my male sub-adult WD...

Package R10 - 48"T x 48"L x 24"D

Package R13 - 24"T x 96"L x 24"D

Package R15 - 24"T x 72"L x 24"D

I decided that I might as well get an enclosure from cages by design but I am not spending over $500 on one tank since I plan to buy 2, so the above packages are my choices. I am not sure which one I should get? I think I was going to get R13 or R15 for my new beardies, but what about for my WD?
