Ok... here's the history.
I had a pair of cat geckos in a planted terrarium. They always shed pretty decently, but I had a bit of a problem with their toes. More on that later.
The male came down with periocular sinusitis. Which basically made his face swell up and required medication. He was also quite skinny. He was seperated into a shoebox quarantine tank. He did very very well putting on weight in this enclosure. The only wierd thing was that he tried to shed his skin and it just sort of stayed there- it wasn't dried on him, but he couldn't or wouldn't get it off. The humidity was around 90-100%. I helped him with it. About a week and a half later, in the same enclosure, he shed again and did great.
After a few weeks, I decided he was better, but I figured that he benefited so much from a plastic enclosure that I moved him and the female into a plastic tub. The humidity once again stays between 90-100%, and a humid hide is provided. Once again, he has failed to shed his skin and it's just laying on him loosely. The female is fine (she appears to be gravid BTW, so I'm crossing all my fingers and toes).
So my only two theories are that A. He's still sick and that's why he won't shed or
B. The humidity is... too high?
Any insights would be appreciated. These guys are so secretive that I'm not sure if his behavior is otherwise 'normal' or not. At any rate, we're both sick of me having to de-shed him.

Peter: It's OK, I'll handle it. I read a book about something like this.
Brian: Are you sure it was a book? Are you sure it wasn't NOTHING?
