I kept a pair of juvie eyelash vipers in a 24" neodesha, without any problems. I wouldn't keep them their forever, but it's a nice enclosure while they're young. I had a vision 222 to move them into, but it was just too big. So instead, after the male had died, I moved the female into a vision 111. She was only around 20 inches, so it was perfect for her. A word of caution with the vision cages, they have pretty large gaps where the glass is, and a small snake could EASILY fit through, so you may have to find something to make the area smaller. Also, they have an area towards the top and bottom that snakes can hide on and under, making it a pain when the snake needs to be removed. You need to use some caution when you don't see the snake in plain sight. Cage by design has some nice enclosures, but I'm not familiar with them, so others may have to help with those.
Others will probably recommend making your own, I'm not that creative, so I opted to buy. You may want to think about making something yourself, it can be designed just how you want it.
Good Luck.
