Heating a crested gecko??? WHAT TEMP SHOULD THEY BE AT???

cv768 Nov 19, 2003 10:00 AM

Do I actually need to heat a crested gecko??
I read in a reptile magazine that they will thrive at room temperature without supplemental heating...

Does anyone know???

Room temps are fine. High 60's to mid 70's is preferred for cresteds.

to add additional heat since my house has high ceilings and it can get chilly in the winter.

I give them a spot where if they are cold they can climb up their branches to get closer/warmer.
