MONITORS QUESTIONS??? I've never owner one before...

cv768 Nov 19, 2003 10:12 AM

Are monitors friendly...eventually with handling???
What do they eat??? (carnivores right?)
What size enclosure for an adult???

Any other helpful info would be appreciated...

I've got many other lizards but I don't know much about monitors.

monitors are pretty different from most other lizards out there when it comes to care. some monitors get pretty tame, others will never be tame no matter how much you handle them. i'd recommend checking out some sites that have care sheets for different types of monitors so that you can get an idea for what goes into having one.
