cham not eaing....

my 6 month old female veiled stopped eating. is it cuz of season changes or what? any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi-

How many days has she not been eating for, and what are you feeding her? Often chameleons will tire of eating the same food item everyday, so if you are not already try offering a verity of foods. A good choice would be silkworms, hornworms, supperworms, and waxworms (on a limited basis). Other factors can play a role in her going off food as well. Hope this helps!

a few days now. ive just been feeding her crickets, i think ill go try some mealworms to see if she changes her mind. thanks!

Regular meal worms are not a great food being high in chitin, so look further for more nutritious insects. We really need some more info on your setup, lighting, watering, temps, gutloading and supplements, info on the cham itself such as age, how long you've had her, past care, etc. to really help you.
