Hey,
Well I've been keeping LEO's for about a year and a half now.. And have four of them. Couple of weeks ago I bought a beautiful male from "MasterPiece Geckos" And he now weighs in the upper twenties.. Anywase he wasn't eating for a couple days, so I took him out of the cage, and put him in with the females who I was hand feeding.. so I could feed him to. At first he had no interest in the females, but then my 70g female walked over and licked his tail, and he started going wild.. doing this weird stuff with his tail, and walking really funny. So then he tried to start "making out" with her and semi-bit her.. right away she grabbed his neck.. and I mean really grabbed it.. so I took him out right away lol. Well what I wanted to ask was: Is this normal behavior for a female to "bite" him to? You think once I re-introduce him again when he's bigger She will do the same thing?
P.S. Sorry first time one of my males made a attempt.. And kinda freeked me out.
Thanks,
David Jones..
