WHAT THE HECK ABOUT US...................

SCOTTSDRAGONS Nov 20, 2003 01:13 AM

I am a small Bearded Dragon breeder. I sell between 150 and 200 animals a year. I posted three hatchling pictures on Kingsnake and sold them to a person in L.A. and received the paypal funds.

Two days later I post three different hatchlings...this L.A. person wants to trade one animal already bought and paid for (two days earlier) for one of the new ones I had just posted....

Nov-12-03 The three hatchlings arrive in L.A.....emails from L.A. purchaser..they arrived, they are beautiful, they are cute, I love them.

Six days later..............the next complaint......one Kingsnake add picture looks like the one of the other Kingsnake pictures.

My email to L.A. purchaser. Are you unhappy with your new animals? If you are please return them and I will refund your money. Email after email from L.A. purchaser about one picture looks exactly like the other pictures......If you are unhappy with your animals I will refund your money................then comes the threat........I will post on Kingsnake.......Sorry for the run on.

MY QUESTION, WHERE CAN WE COMPLAIN ABOUT A PURCHASER THAT RAGGS YOU...WON'T SEND BACK THE ANIMAL OR ANIMALS AND THEN THREATENS YOU?????????????

If I were you, I would just ask them to send it back, refund the money and DON'T SEND ANOTHER ONE!!! And don't sell to that person anymore. Tell them you're sorry they're not happy with your animals, and you're sorry you can't do bussines with them anymore. Also tell them if they won't send the animal back you'll assume they're are hapy with it. If you've already given them a refund and they won't send the animal back, deal directly with paypal to get the money back (I've heard they're pretty easy when it comes to reversing charges, but that's another thread all together.). Also, I would ignore the threats especially since you've already posted here. If they do show up prompty report it to a moderator and it will be deleted. Personal attacks are against board rules and from what I learned a few days ago, they'll come and delete the post pretty quick.

I've seen on here that I can't distinguish very well from others??

God forbid that baby dragons from the same breeder might look alike!

Maybe he's just trying to be helpful and let you know you may have inadvertantly used one of the wrong photos on your available listing

then again...maybe he's just stupid.

or just put a statement with your ads saying "photos do not necessarly represent the animals available"
