Leopard Gecko, ear infection?

YasminInTheNight Nov 20, 2003 04:06 PM

One of our leopard geckos(~6 m/o) has white stuff in/coming from her right ear. She has also lost weight.

We have been feeding them mealworms and crickets.

Is it an ear infection? What can we do? How can we prevent this from happening again? Should we seperate them for now?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I'd take the gecko to the vet and see what his advice is. I'd also seperate them to make sure the sick one gets enough food.

Well, we took her to the pet shop where we bought them, and it turns out it was just old skin. Should've known.

It seems she is pregnant as well! (And older than we thought..)
