Snake show this weekend...Advice needed!!!

Suntzu18 Nov 20, 2003 05:14 PM

Hey gang..I am going to the show in Atlanta this weekend. I am definitely getting a new pet. I had all but decided on a Brazilian Rainbow, but had a couple of questions....I have owned snakes before (red-tails, albino burmese and canebrake). My question is this.... I am probably going to be handling the snake pretty often, I mean just having it out when we are in the room. My GF really wants to be able to hold it also, even when I am not there. I realize that handing the BRB will asllow it to be tamed down over time, but will it stress it out to handle it that much? Should I just get a dumeril's, which I know is relatively tmae? I have wanted a BRB for some time....thanks in advance.

Brian

Go with the BRB. With handling they get dog tame.
