did you do a float or smear? are you sure what you are seeing is not eggs of some sort... befor getting any meds you need to know how to do a accurate femal exam and also know what type of parasite it may be or even parasite eggs. i would suggest getting a VERY detailed (and up to date) book on reptile parasites before giving the animal any meds. different parasites are treated with different meications. in my opinion your best bet though would be to take a fecal exam to a vet for an accuarate diagnosis

and a comunity College would most likely have a parasitology class
and the Professor would be wiling (SHOULD BE) to give you more specific Herp Parasites Questions

microbiology classes might be interested... asking a vet is a good idea. local comunity college or regular college might be of some help too, like i said micro biology or even possibly zoology classes or vetranry classes
