Where is a good place to get a savanna monitor?

actually we don't sell Savannahs, but folks can read "why not?" at our site's FAQ and perhaps make a better overall informed choice about monitor selection : )
so where IS a good place to buy a Savannah monitor? since we stopped selling them, i don't specifically know of anyone else that puts the time and effort into properly housing, feeding, worming, and caring for those little imported terrors before selling them to neophyte keepers with little knowledge or support.
when you only pay a few bucks for a monitor, all the work, and all the trouble, is left up to you : )
we probably lost $30 or $40 for each Savannah that we sold, by the time we had taken two or three months to get the babies into solid shape, with great weight, healthy and all, and sold them at $30, we had double that into them : )
that was great in theory, but just not workable in the long run...
Why don't we sell Savannahs?
