it was like 55 days and the egg was sinking in so I thought it was not good so I opened it. The leo was developing I could see the patterns but it was not moving, I left the egg incubating is there still a chance or was this leo dead.

There is a chance that the leo was still alive. I've read posts about eggs cooking for 70 days. I've also experienced embryos dieing for various reasons. i.e. getting turned by a new hatchling and drowning, dehydrated, etc. I actually lost my first batch of eggs, about 30 total, at the beginning of the season for reasons still unknown to me.
once the egg is open the baby reacts to it as hatching and tries to get out if it can. If it wasn't fully developed then it won't survive.
It might live!I hope so anyway.
