my burm got mites i called a rep. vet and they said
use neosporn it killed the mites but now i looks like
his eyes are clouded will useing this hert the snake

Neosporn will not hurt your snake. While it may killed the mites on your snake it will not do anything for the eggs that the mites laid in the cage. When they hatch they will reinfect your snake.
