I have a glass-front wood terrarium that I'm thinking about to keep leopards in it, but it is very low ventilated. Can I keep the geckos if i open the doors for air change twice a day would be ok?

NO!!! This would not be okay--leopard geckos don't like it that humid and the stagnant air will encourage the growth of fungi and bacteria. What will happen if you forget to open the top? They may even sufficate.
ALSO remember the processes of decay (feces, for example), releases carbon dioxide which will further deplete oxygen. Crickets die too...more decay and release of noxious gasses. how would you like to be locked up in a room without ventilation with all of that stink.
Heat also gets trapped in a totally enclosed tank and they could overheat.
You need a screen top for proper ventilation. If you are unwilling to provide what is necessary, then I suggest you do not get leopard geckos so that you won't make them suffer.

Go to home depot and pick up some screen. Problem solved.
