Supplements. Dust your feeders and provide a small dish in the cage, and your gex will lick up the calcium. Opinions vary on how often to dust & what products to use, but there are a lot of previous threads on this forum that you can check for suggestions.

When my DH wants calcium, he drinks a gallon of milk. Wish I could train him to lick powder from a bowl...... =)
