Caught a few ringnecks, red bellies, gravid garters, newts, tadpoles, spotted salamander, toad, and a smooth green snake for the first time. Still no wood turtles or milk snakes though.

I'm in PA too, the last few weeks the weather has been pretty bad. In March and April I found a bunch of garters and red back salamanders. The last two weekends I found one ring neck, two garters one water snake (first one this year), two painted turtles, two large snapping turtles mating, and one toad. I've seen a bunch of frogs including a few leopard frogs.
