Not sure if they need to be cooked or just cut up. I use the site beautifuldragons.com to find out what to use, but they don't have any clues on how to prep certain foods. Any sites out there with prep tips and good salad combinations?

With cooking, you lose vitamins. Try shredding/grating it.
