After my post about my previous experience, I was contacted by Patrick with an offer to make up for my dissatisfaction. I received a replacement kit, not just the flies, but another kit with medium and 32 ounce culture containers. The replacement culture just petered out today, with no fliers during its productive period. Suffice to say that I am satisfied with the outcome, and I will most likely order from them again.
