I bought this snake as a normal Motley. It has no black except it's eyes. It's belly is clear no checker board. Would this be considered Hypo mot? Any comments would be appreciated, Thanks Jim

First of all, motleys do not have checkered bellies, that is a normal trait for them and hypo does not affect checkers except in the washing out of the colors. But, motley does affect the black gene in a similar way as hypo for some reason and a motley will have very very little to no black at all and still not be a hypo. Your snake looks like a regular normal motley. Hypo would cause a brightening and intensifying of the colors.
By the way, that is a very nice looking motley.
