If my females are already gravid, to the point of being able to see the egg's, is it to late for these eggs to be fertalized by the male? Or is this the best time to introduce the male? Thanx

I don't believe a gecko can have fertilized eggs unless she has already mated with a male. These eggs that you can see are probably infertile and introducing a male will just irritate her. You should just let her lay these eggs, then introduce her to the male.
We have found that many females are most receptive to breeding if they are about to lay a clutch...
I would go ahead and introduce them before you get another infertile clutch. The worst that can happen is she rejects him.
Good luck.
