hi i want to get a sav moniter and i have to leopard geckos so i kinda got exp wit lizards and i dont kep them on sand coz i no sand is BAD so i use nice and soft paper towls 4 them and would that be good for sav

ooops.

I do have a real question though. I was curious, when keeping ackies(or any other monitors) how do you keep the temp from dropping below 80deg. away from the basking spot? Or is it easier than I'm thinking if you have a warm enough basking spot? I was just curious about what you have done as I want to eventually aquire some ackies when time,funds and space allow.
