If she absolutely won't touch them you could try to offer her a few wax worms. Put them in front of her, but not too close, my Leos seem to be far sighted and won't notice food placed too close. If she likes the wax worms, then you can pluck out some freshly shed white meal worms and switch her to those, then to the regularly colored ones. This worked for two of my girls. Took less than a week to go from the wax worms to the meal worms.
I got real lucky with my 3 new girls. They are 6 months old and have never had mealies, just crickets and wax worms. But they took to the mealies immediately, nearly emptied their whole bowl full on their first night home!
