Pics from my latest photo shoot... (and Happy 2 mo Birthday to Freckles!)

Lyn Nov 23, 2003 03:08 PM

Say Happy Birthday to "Freckles", she turned 2 months old today! Freckles is a High Yellow, het Rainwater, poss het Patternless from R&B Geckos. Her mom is a big beautiful girl, looks like Freckles is taking after her!

Another new pic of "baby" Freckles...

This girl has personality plus! She is "Mystique", a Hypo Tang from R&B Geckos. She's such a clown! Here she is getting ready to take a giant leap (she just jumped a few inches to my other hand, no worries). I'm thinking she was watching all the Cresteds at R&B Geckos and thought leaping looked like fun!

Here is "Mystique" just hanging around. She got herself into this position and just hung there looking around for a while before climbing back up. You can see all the little red marks on my hands from my Leos nails. Sharp little things. The nails on her back left and front right feet are sunk right in in this pic.

One of my High Yellow petstore males "Scooter". He doesn't even fit in my hand anymore!

He was such a tiny little guy when I got him!

Turned out pretty good for a pet store gecko...

One of my new girls from my post below, "Dotty" after warming up and shedding. I love the little heart on her nose, and her great big spots (or should I say Dots).

Another of my new girls "Zipper" after warming up. Do you think she might turn out to be a High Yellow?

"Princess", my 3rd new girl, is still muddy looking even after warming up. I hope her brown will eventually turn yellow. Do any of them stay brownish as adults?

Hope you liked the pics. I sure enjoy looking at everyone else's pics on here!

I really enjoyed looking at them. That one seems like quite the trapeze artist .. who needs crested geckos with clowns like that around?

The one you say may end up being high yellow looks like it is already - nice yellow background including the head.

The 'petstore' guy is a hefty little chunker! He seems pretty content. Good husbandry goes a long ways, regardless of where the leopard geckos come from originally!

Anyway, keep posting the pics, very enjoyable & very pretty geckos.
