It's really sad because all of his leos looked bad. They were horribly skinny and were laying down to sleep instead of standing alert. This wasn't just one or two leos, but the whole table had exhausted skinny-looking geckos. Caesar was like that when I first bought him from this guy, but now I can leave him out of the tank for hours and he'll still be alert.
I'm pretty sure the breeder was avoiding me. I know he saw me, but there wasn't anybody at his table when I was looking at his leos. I wasn't trying to start any trouble, so I probably would've left it at that.
What really bothered me was that this one kid was carrying one of the fat-tailed geckos the same breeder was selling, and he was walking around the entire show room with it. He did that for at least an hour, putting that fat-tailed on other people's tables (without a container) since he ended up buying it.
Since the breeder was nowhere in sight whenever I happened to be nearby, I just reported him to the people in charge of the show. They seemed really concerned, so I'm sure they'll confront the guy about it.

your leos look and sound very healthy and i'm glad they aren't as sick as before. i agree with sotik that they should ban that guy from shows.. lol
i think he sees leos as more of an "extra money on the side" kinda deal but doesn't really care for their health conditions as long as he gets them off his hands. it's pretty sad, but i still think it's better for the leos that they're being cared for away from that guy - it must be hard for buyers though because they have to deal with extra costs trying to save the leo (fecal tests, medication, etc) when all they wanted was a nice, healthy, beautiful looking leo that they wanted to get. which is kinda why i'm still amazed that xelda does what she does
