How do you prepare snow peas? And an eating concern!

bmulcahy Nov 23, 2003 07:25 PM

I am trying snow peas and I am not sure how to prepare? Do I just take out the pea and serve or do I cut up the whole pod?

Eating concern - I have a 4 1/2 month beardie on the smallish side ( about 8 1/2 inches from head to tail tip). About a month ago she was attacked by a larger beadie and almost killed. She survived and got back to eating about 10 crickets a day and salad. Now she just stopped eating crickets. She will eat a few mealworms and a little salad. I think the lighting and heat is fine - Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi, I am not really sure about the peas, I don't give mine snow peas, but, take your little one to the vet. Bring a fecal to check for parasites. This is very important. Is she lethargic? Do you keep her on sand or any other substrate that could possibly be swallowed? Please take her/him into the vet and get her checked out, and don't forget the fecal. This is how they will be able to tell if she has parasites, and can be treated with medication.

for that size of a dragon. Has she poo'd lately? The mealies may have impacted her.
