How can I watch out for giving my bullfrog parasites from fish and other food sources as such? How long does it take for frozen fish to rid itself of parasites, or is any frozen fish safe?

I'm looking for alternative food sources now that winter is coming on. Sorry folks, I'm not in the West, but in Asia.
