my water dragons eyes are swollen and bloody and she cant open them HELP

You should take your waterdragon to a vet ASAP. In the meantime, you can give the dragon a lukewarm shower for 20 minutes (which may rinse out foreign debris). It is possible that you may have the wrong type or contaminated substrate. Still, the main priority is to get the dragon to a vet.
