A couple of supers every week or twice a week. I would avoid mealies, they cause too many probs for some (not all) dragons.

I feed my adults 3-4 at a time, 3x a week. They would eat 20 at a time if I let them!
None of my 6 adults know they are supposed to eat 80% greens.
