mixing species

waldo Jun 01, 2003 01:37 PM

I need mixing advice from everyone,I know, don't do it and I won't unless I'm absolutly sure about the pairing.Right now I have a red legged running frog (Kassina maculata)and I was wondering if a whites treefrog or maybe some green treefrogs would be ok with her?If not them then could I get some suggestions?I will probably just get another running frog.
My set up is a tall 30 gallon with b-a-b,live plants, hiding spots and a small tupperware pond.I would add climbing areas if I got any treefrogs.

From what I've read from the the post by good experienced keepers, they all say don't mix species. It would stress each other out because sometimes, they have different needs and they don't get along.
