He is SO cute. I can't wait to feed him tonight. Even though I have been a complete nervous wreck since yesterday, it was all worth it. Thank you so much! I'm back at work now and wish i could have stayed home SOOOOOO bad. I have three question though
1. Do you know his Birthday?
2. How long should I soak his Rep-Cal pellets before feeding?
3. Do you think he is too young to be handled?

I am soo glad you are happy with him That put a smile on my face today!

His B day is 09/20/2003
I usually just soak them while I prepare his salad, usually just as they start to swell is enough time
He is NOT too young to be handled. They are handled daily here... I have a "hired" taming team at my house.... my 9 year old son, 6 year old daughter and 3 year old daughter lol ... When I have A lot of babies, they make my job soooooooo much easier.

Enjoy him!

Must be the littermate to Grendel then...same b-day! You'll love that little guy to pieces. Lisa does a great job at raising her BD's. Super tame, great eaters...and little characters too..just read my spider man post above! LOL

Yes he is from the same clutch... one of the "smaller" babies but shows great potential for color!

Grendel is showing some super nice golds, oranges, and lavenders already! I don't think I could be happier with him!

I am so upset i can't be home right now! All I can do is post in the forum and dwell on it or I could actually do work but who wants that. When I picked Herc up and put him in his cage he was still a little cold so he colors didnt show so well. I cant wait to see him when i get home. I'll Have to send pics ASAP! Lisa, Is he really small for his age or just a little behind? I don't know because i have never had one before

He is just a little "behind" No worries, I am sure he will catch up and grow and grow. You won't believe how fast they can grow once they get a spurt!
