I have a pair of 4 foot Womas (1.5 years). The male is not feeding well. Over the past 4 months he eat twice! I read in a vet article that pine shavings can get into their digestive track and cause problems. Is this true? The female eats regularlly, but lately in the past two weeks shes not eating. That is the longest she hasn't eatten. Also she has a bad temperment, but lately she has been very mellow and I am able to handle her. I removed the pine shaving form there cage and only lined it with newspaper. I have not feed him or her in there enlosure where pine shavings could be a problem for a number of months. I feed them in a separate container. One last thing I housed them sepate for a number of months, but I house them together now and its going on three months.
