those shows are terrible, lots of fresh wild caughts, from what i have seen. it looks kinda dirty and non professional (in my humble opinion). it also seems like alot of the bigger breeders have stopped coming to them as well. i just save my money for a better show to come down this way or to find something i like from a reliable breeder, online. i personally dont waste my time and money (admision) at the texas reptile shows anymore.

Gee, there goes all my dreams of a terrific show! I'm still going to check it out though, because I'm not blind and I'm sure that out of the tons of Leo breeders there will be at LEAST one dedicated breeder who will sell nice leos.

I don't know. I personally would never be seen with a table at those shows, not after how the promoter of the show called me and cursed me out for not wanting to buy a table at their show. I guess I wish you luck finding a decent leopard gecko breeder who does not mind being cursed and yelled at with a table at that show. Personally I would wait for either Carl Franklins or Bob Clarks show to come to town and skip the show in question.

yeah plus seems like all the descent and dedicated breeders stoppeding doing the shows quite some time ago. i know hisss and k and n doesnt do their shows anymore, bob doesnt nor does Lynn from Lynns bearded dragons, south mountain doesnt shoot a whole list of others as well, trust me you might want to steer clear of this one, just my opinion though

I guess since this is my first show I'm just like.. "AHH!! WAHOO!!" Lol. So I Reaaaally want to go.. I might go there and check it out for myself, but I may not go home with any herps if they are as bad as you guys say.. Thanks!

i attended the last show at the convention center. i have all the critters and supplies i need at this time. if i brought anymore critters home, i would probably be looking at a divorce!

the last show i attended that was sponsored by the society doing the dec. 13 show was very small. it really wasn't worth the drive i have to make. i have to say i was disappointed

does anyone know when the next convention center show will be?
