Frilled Dragons

Ken_Jones Nov 25, 2003 08:09 PM

I have a Female Frilled dragon that is beginning to display mating habits. I need to fatten her up to prepare for the egg laying. My strategy for doing this is to offer her pinky mice covered in calcium powder and a mutli vitamin about twice a week. Is this a good idea? My email address is K_Jizzle5243@hotmail.com

Better than coating the mice with calcium...
water down some calcium/d3 and add a bit of multi-vits (make a very thin paste). Then fill an oral serringe with the watered down calcium/vitamins. You can fill the mouse's stomach w/the mixture by injecting it into it's mouth. I wouldn't do it every week... maybe just a couple of times after breeding, while she's becoming gravid.
