I've been focusing more on what I use to gutload my feeders with, because I would rather have my leos obtain their vitamins and minerals through them than through supplements. I use a variety of grains to make complete proteins and also rotate what vegetables I supply for moisture (mostly greens). I do try to watch out for any potential counter agents like oxalates and phosphorous (too much of it anyway).

Any thoughts on with this? I actually haven't used vitamin supplementation for months, not even with my hatchlings. No problems as far as I can tell, and my leos have been able to fight off their parasites before they ever developed into the disease stage. I dust with Reptocal, which has some vitamins, but not that much. And I am just about to switch to Miner-All, which only has D3.
