I've read good and bad things about Fruitflies.net on this forum, and I just wanted to add my 2 cents.

My two D. azureus recently found themselves out of flies...I have a culture that's almost dead. Anyway, my local shop was supposed to be getting new cultures in yesterday, but they left me hanging.

I called up Fruitflies.net and ordered some cultures and asked them to overnight the shipment. The cultures arrived this morning as promised and are awesome! Thanks Fruitflies.net!
