Hey, I think I kind of figured out how you would at least start going about posting a digital photo of Jaws: you would go to the kingsnake "Photo Gallery" section and download your pic from somewhere on your hard drive? I don't have a digital camera (yet), so I don't even know if this is making any sense....hopefully it is that easy, though!

That will work, I've done it. Once you place a photo in the gallery, when you go to post a message, there will be the option of posting from the gallery.

Geez, I feel like a dork---but it sounds pretty straightforward to post pics, like Buffysmom said. Now I NEED to get a digital camera so everyone can see a photo of Fatboy!

Just got back from out of town. As soon as I get caught up on work, I will get a decent photo of him and try it.
If the entire World Wide Web collapses, you'll know it was me screwing up again.

Cool! It is DEFINITELY worth risking a whole web world collapse in the pursuit of getting Jaws' picture out there!! And hopefully Santa will bring me a digital camera so I can take a photo of Fatboy, my salamander

P.S. my husband allows me to use the very bottom shelf of the fridge for mealworms and nightcrawlers--maybe your hubby would let you use the veggie crisper or the bottom shelf for Jaws' food? Especially if you had them in a sack and promised him they wouldn't crawl out, heh heh :O

The photo is up!!! (I didn't realize it would be so big. Wonder how people make them smaller.)

Thanks to all for advice. I am a computer moron, so this was very brave of me.

As for worm storage, I have long operated on the principle that it is easier to seek forgiveness than to get permission.

If my husband opens the vegetable crisper (not likely, he's prejudiced against green stuff), moves aside the bag of carrots for my horses and the various syringes and vials of horse, dog and cat meds that I keep there, and opens the brown paper sack, he'll find the worms and then I'll worry about it. Hee hee!
