If you mean the state itself, there's nowhere else I'd rather live. I like the variety in topography and especially weather. If you mean herp-unpopular, there are quite a few herpers in the state. If you're in central WI, do you know Bob Hay, in the WDNR Bureau of Endangered Resources? He's very turtly. I'm too lazy to dig out a contact email or phone number, but try the DNR. He can prob'ly put you in toch with other turtle people. I'm really more of a snake guy, myself.
