It can get bigger and bigger untill it kills the dragon. Fugus got on my anole's head once and it just kept spreadin' and spreadin'. Go to a vet if you can, if not, use human anti-fungus cream.
Also, are you sure it isn't a bacterial infection? Test it by putting anti-fungus cream on one side of the infection on a small part and anti-bacterial crean like neosporin. Which ever one goes down is the culprit. Aply cream once a day untill it is all gone, and for a few more days after that.
