Where could I get a pair of snows? I emailed Albey, but he never answered. I breed leos with my friend and she's being soooooooooooooo annoying about wanting a pair of snows, so I need the name of a breeder who has snows available now or in the very near future. Thanks!

Try A1Reptiles.com. They have snows listed on their site at www.a1reptiles.com/lizards.html.

weird. i emailed him also... i haven't seen him selling any snows this season. i know he likes to wait longer to sell them than he does for tangs (the better to see how they're really going to turn out). i do think i saw on his homepage that he's at a show or something. for the record, i bought a gecko from him last season, and he was very professional & timely then, so maybe something's come up. A1 is the only other place i've seen snows listed consistently, but i tend to prefer individual photo retailers, though i've heard their snows are perfectly nice. occasionally i've run across them at prehistoric pets, boa's n' such, evergreen reptiles, and geckoville (though i think geckoville is closing their doors). snows are my personal favorite, and i'm building up a small colony just for that morph, but it will be quite some time before they'll be actively producing eggs.

I went to a reptile show last weekend and a breeder who had bought some snows from him a while ago told me that Albey's is no longer going to be selling snow leopard geckos. I can't guarantee that this information is true, but perhaps that is why he is not replying to emails about the snows.

I hope to purchase some of the babies from the reptile show breeder as his snows are finally old enough to breed.

Hope this helps

He had snows with him for sale at the Philly show 2 weekends ago. Possible that he is just busy, or out of town. I wouldn't take it personal, sometimes it takes him a couple of weeks to get back to me, and I've spent several thousands on his leos.
He doesn't really like e-mail to begin with, try calling him on the phone if it is urgent.

hehe- sorry to get your hopes up, but i won't have hatchlings for a LONG time. see, i was hoping to buy my main male from albey this season. hehe. also, most of my girls (with 2 exceptions) are from this season, so they won't be producing for a while. also, because i'm extra-sensitive to how a baby that looks snow can turn into something else, i'm going to wait at least 6 months before i sell any geckoes i'd call a snow. on the upside, most of my girls are striped, so i should produce some striped snows, some day. =)
