We've got a new baby in our classroom... I picked him up a few days ago. The kids named him Cuddles! He took a f/t pinky today like a trooper. We haven't handled him, but he's been out exploring and seems pretty comfortable. I held him today (to put him in a cup to feed). He seemed totally relaxed. he didn't even try to nip. My concern is about the heat... His temps in the tank were okay the past few days. Over thanksgiving break, they'll turn the heat off in the building. He has a UT heat pad. Do you think that will keep him warm enough? I hate to move him again to bring him home with me... more stress, etc. And, the hubby doesn't share my fascination with reptiles, so he might not be amused. Thanks for the help, and I'll go get him if he'll be too cold to digest his meal. By the way, I don't know if he's a he, or a she...
Thanks again,
Julie
