121 year old Blue Tongue Skink

wbrown Nov 26, 2003 10:47 PM

I thought the readers of this forum would enjoy seeing a bit of skink history. These 5 prints are authentic pieces (not reproductions). They depict a “southern” blue tongue printed in 1887, a “northern” blue tongue printed in 1882, a “broad banded” blue tongue printed in 1889, a “shingleback” blue tongue printed in 1885 and a Cunningham’s skink printed in 1887. Of course, the protective watermark is not on the actual prints. I hope you enjoyed seeing them.
