Sexing Sulcatas?

Some breeders say that they can Sex Hatchlings at an early age, has this been found to be true? I have heard other say this is total BS and it can not be done till they are about 10 inches. What experiences do the people on the forum have?

I have never really been able to tell until around 10" sometimes males will start to concave around 10" but i have had some stay flat until 12" and look to be female and then start concaving, I would say anything under 10" is really just a lucky guess, I havn't heard of any ways to sex baby sulcata's?
